Today was our first appointment after using general dentistry in the past and this was the most positive experience for the girls! There was incredible attention to detail, positive reinforcement, encouragement and surprises, even TV movies on the ceiling and an air hockey room!

The girls left motivated to take great care of their teeth and can’t wait for the next appointment. I only wish there were pediatric dentists when I was little!

Simply amazing. After being to a horror show of another dentist this was like a my little pony experience. The staff actually care about your kiddos and work with you and explain everything. All of the staff we have worked with are parents and understand how challenging it can be to see babies of any age need a procedural. I could care less about me but the service my kids get is amplified. Every experience from dental surgery to cleanings have been met with humility love from these amazing folks. Thank you CVPD! You rock

The staff was kind and friendly to my 5 year old. I couldn’t not have asked for a better staff from the wonderful woman at the front desk, to the dental assistant, he explained everything that was going to happen so throughly. The dentist was exceptionally kind and explained things well! Super cool office setting, (remodeled bank) from the toy vault, to the duck tube (old drive through bank tube), lego table, TVs above the chairs so children can watch while lying back and even an air hockey table! This office keeps their children patients in mind 100%!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our first time visiting here… wonderful, friendly people from beginning to end. Kids loved all the ‘perks…’ air hockey in the waiting room, a favorite show while they waited for each other… flat screen on the ceiling while they were in the chair, prizes… a fantastic experience!

This was my son’s first dentist appointment and both the hygienist and dentist were gentle and efficient with him. The waiting room(s) are clean and there’s a Lego table that my son loved. The building used to be an old bank so they use the vault for toys after the appointment and that was so cool. I’m already excited to take him back for his next checkup. They were very educational and asked a bunch of questions to help figure out if we were taking care of his teeth properly.

I’ve found that CVPD is a perfect fit for my son. Peds focused however not overstimulating. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t have to sit in an overcrowded waiting room where we feel like a number. I can’t say enough great things about this practice.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The office is built to be an enjoyable experience for kids and the staff are wonderful and so accommodating. My son (8) was excited to be able to watch a kids movie while he got his cleaning (screens on the ceiling). Dr. Caster did a great job explaining the processes to both him and me.

The entire staff was excellent. Took my 3 month old in for a lip tie consultation. The front desk was wonderful - they answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me get everything set up quickly. Dr. Caster did a thorough consultation and explained all the different options available for my daughter’s care. I especially appreciated their goal of avoiding any unnecessary procedures. They provide quality, valuable care and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

It was our first time at the Cumberland Valley Pediatric Dentistry today and we had such an outstanding patient experience. My daughter was well received, treated and allowed to be herself. The Hygienist and the Doctor communicated well with her at her level and she was calm enough to let them brush her teeth and do all they had to do without her being uneasy, even though it was the first time an outsider was touching her teeth. She got gifts and happily said goodbye when we were leaving. I loved the setting, very children friendly environment. She was everywhere and that was a good catch for children. We look forward to future appointments. Thank you to the entire team, including the front desk ladies and everyone in the building who randomly told her she had a nice sweater and boots, waved and smiled at her.
