Dr. Jacqueline Caster, DMD, PharmD

As a native of Mechanicsburg, Dr. Jacqueline Caster enjoys providing extraordinary dental care to children in the community in which she grew up as well as making a positive impact in the lives of her patients.

Dr. Caster attended Trinity High School in Camp Hill and furthered her education by earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University Mylan School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh. She then attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After graduation, Dr. Caster went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois where she discovered her passion for providing dental care to children as well as patients with special health care needs. She worked for several years as a contract general dentist for the United States Air Force at Vandenberg Air Force Base in northern Santa Barbara County, California prior to pursuing a career in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Caster completed her pediatric dentistry residency program at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine while serving as chief resident her last year. During her residency, she conducted research focused on diagnosing and managing tongue and lip ties in breastfeeding patients.

In her spare time, Dr. Caster enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two daughters and two dogs.

Hangout with us as we celebrate the spirit of the holidays at Tooth Fairy Time! Join us on Thursday, December 7 from 5:30-7pm at CVPD. We will have an ornament station led by the Tooth Fairy, delicious hot chocolate, photos with Santa, and fun games & activities to learn about OMT, Oral Myofunctional Therapy.
